Elisk

Vault / ETA late 2027

Backup storage for recovery. Air-gapped storage for the data that cannot be treated like a backup.

Vault is the SaaS version of the backup discipline Elisk already uses internally: timestamped encrypted archives, stored in low-cost object storage, with restoration kept one script away instead of buried in a fragile dashboard workflow.

The standard Vault path is for operational backups: databases, application state, configuration bundles, and system data that must be restorable after ransomware, provider failure, hardware loss, or operator error.

Vault Airgap is a different control. It is for crucial documents and sensitive information, not bulk backups. Data moves through a secure channel into an isolated machine built only for storing important data, with access and exposure kept deliberately narrow.
